We had our first class on Wednesday 3rd July 2013. It was great to see so many new faces, and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
Kempo Fitness is a new class based on the Japanese martial art Shorinji Kempo. In these classes we will get you fit and healthy, but also teach practical useful self defence techniques. If you are interested in exploring the technical side of Shorinji Kempo more fully, then feel free to stay for the second hour for more in depth instruction in the finer points of the syllabus.

Come and try an exciting new hour long fitness and self defence class based on the popular Japanese martial art, Shorinji Kempo. Run by Sensei Robert Villiers (5th Dan) of the British Shorinji Kempo Federation, Kempo Fitness combines traditional martial arts training and philosophy with circuit training and cardiovascular workouts.
