Kempo Fitness – First Class

Come and try an exciting new hour long fitness and self defence class based on the popular Japanese martial art, Shorinji Kempo. Run by Sensei Robert Villiers (5th Dan) of the British Shorinji Kempo Federation, Kempo Fitness combines traditional martial arts training and philosophy with circuit training and cardiovascular workouts.

If you enjoy Kempo Fitness then stay for the 2nd hour to learn more intricate techniques of Shorinji Kempo.
